Place in dish with aluminum foil for easy clean up
Bake 350 degrees 1 hour Paint chili sauce( ketchup, tomato sauce, barbecue sauce) on top before placing in the oven. Check it.
Give it one more coating with chili sauce and then layer swiss cheese (4 slices angled) on the top of the meattloaf.

Mix the following ingredients until just combined.
2 lbs meat 1 ½ lb of ground beef and ½ ground pork / use what you like
1/3 C milk
¾ C bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 onion chopped and sautéed in butter
½ C chili sauce (not super hot) Old School
oregano, marjoram, or Herb de Province (whatever you like)
